Barber Cheat Codes is operated by Thrive Equity Group Inc. (dba Barber Cheat Codes). The registered entity responsible for this data is Thrive Equity Group Inc.

For CE courses we collect your full legal name, state license number, license expiration date, licensing state, verified seat time, checkpoint results, completion timestamp, and a certificate verification hash. Study progress and XP are stored locally in your browser.

This information is required to issue a valid Certificate of Completion and to submit your course credit to the state licensing agency (TDLR) CE roster.

License numbers and completion records are stored in our secure cloud database with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to roster administration; records are never sold, rented, or used for advertising.

As required for CE providers, we retain completion records — name, license number, course number, hours, seat time, completion date, and verification hash — for a minimum of two years from the completion date so the state can audit them. After the retention period, records may be deleted or anonymized.

We share completion data only with the state licensing agency for roster reporting and with payment processors for transaction handling. We do not sell personal data.

For visitors in the United States and other regions that do not require cookie consent, we use the Meta Pixel to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform. It sends Meta the pages you visit, browser and device details, cookie identifiers, and completed purchases (amount and currency). We use this for ad measurement and ad optimization. We do not send your name, email, or license number. The pixel is turned off for visitors in the EU, EEA, UK, and Switzerland. You can opt out of ad personalization in your Meta ad settings or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser.

You may request a copy or correction of your record at Hello@barbercheatcode.com. Deletion requests are honored for marketing data; state-mandated CE records must be kept for the full retention period.
