Refund Policy

If you purchase a certificate and it has not yet been generated, contact support within 7 days for a full refund of the $24.99 certificate fee.

Once the Certificate of Completion has been generated and made available for download, the fee is non-refundable. The certificate is a delivered digital product with a unique verification hash.

Once your completion has been submitted to the state CE roster, the filing cannot be withdrawn and no refund is available. Roster submissions typically occur within 3 business days of certificate generation.

Duplicate charges, charges for a course you did not complete, or technical failures that prevented certificate delivery are refunded in full. Email Hello@barbercheatcode.com with your license number and transaction date.

Course study access is free; you only pay when unlocking a certificate, so no refund is needed to stop using the course.

Email Hello@barbercheatcode.com with your full name, license number, course name, and the date of purchase. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
